One of our absolute fave glamour girls, Coco Rocha, rocked the Longines red carpet at the Kentucky Derby. She served as a judge of the fashion show at the Kentucky Oaks. For our part, we couldn’t stop marveling at her ability to pull off a REALLY BIG hat. C’mon, not many people can rock an entire bushel of flowers directly on top of their head. But, this supermodel made it work.
Complete with a fitted (and rather lady-like suit), Cocoa just glowed. Her peaches and cream complexion was highlighted by her smartly chosen ensemble. The flirt in her skirt had a slightly Daisy Buchanan quality (hello Great Gatsby!) which made the most delicious match with the high-end sponsor Longines. Supermodels, horses, and fashion shows … it doesn’t get much better!

We recently caught up with actor Tony Shalhoub and he described everything as “pretty much, perfect”. Well, that tends to happen your movie, Pain & Gain is number one at the box office and you are nominated for a Tony award all in the same week. Not bad! Here’s our question, when covering the Pain & Gain movie premiere, we couldn’t help but question Bar Paly’s dress. A few questions come to mind:
Why purple?
It’s see-through, didn’t her stylist have a slip or anything?
Where is the rest of the dress? Seriously?
Okay, okay, not being too harsh, Bar, we still love you.

Post-wedding, Justin Timberlake sure seems intent on conquering the world. After spending a week of taking over NBC, oops, we mean guest hosting with Jimmy Fallon, JT’s smooth new sound is catching on with the mainstream. Admittedly, we were skeptical at first, but then we just leaned into it. Wait, that’s a different news tangent. No matter, Timberlake is on top again (that’s really not surprising), and we are obsessed with his dapper threads. Most notably, his shoes! Just check out the Christian Louboutins he rocked while hosting SNL. The Gareth black lace-ups are capped off with silver metal that just doesn’t quit. This throwback to vintage luxe is exactly what your man should be wearing!

It’s true, Olympus Has Fallen. But, we are pleased to report that the tragedy did not result in any unflattering fashion moments for Angela Bassett. The actress turned up at the movie premiere at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood in look-at-me-yellow. She capped off her look with a pair of silver pumps from Edmundo Castillo. It’s nice to know that in the face of world catastrophes, stars can still pull a chic outfit together!
